What do you mean by ‘Where is the MSI file ‘and how did you install the Office? If you go to Control Panel and Programs and Feature, what is the Office version you find installed? In case you are using a Click-2-Run based Office, ensure you are using a high speed internet connection.

I already tried disabling and then re-enabling Office Updates, to no avail. I believe I am running the Click-To-Run version of Office (as opposed to a retail box version).
